SLIDE 2:In the original book Thinking is referred to as the Ultimate Human Resource in that our ability to think well determines our ability to lead an effective life. Creating clarity is essential to solving any problem you might be facing. Through each part of the session you will be guided to think one way and avoid the confusion of various thoughts coming all at once and overwhelming your brain. Instead, simply focus on one perspective linked to each hat. At the end you will receive a report consolidating your answers from each part of the individual sessions. As you start the process avoid perfection but aim instead for continued improvement. As you become more familiar with the process your ability to apply the framework will improve.
